The slot screen is situated in the middle or end of the process, also known as the fine screen. It can be used as a pulp screen before paper production. It also serves as an excellent screening machine for wood pulp, straw pulp, and waste paper pulp. WORKING PRINCIPLE CNL series inflow pressure screen is continuing screening equipment under the fully closed position with pressure. When it works, the pulp enters the outside of the screen drum along the tangent direction through the pulp pipe. With the help of the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the screen drum, qualified pulp enters the screen drum through the sieve seam/hole and exits through the pulp pipe. The rejects which can not go through the sieve seam (hole) fall to the bottom and come out from the discharge pipe. Rotating foil on the outside of the screen drum generate a gentle pressure, which improves the circulation flow of the pulp; its tail will create a negative pressure, which affects the backwash sieve seam (hole).
