I am a french baker with experience in making all kind of breads and also laminated pastries and viennoiseries like croissants and pains au chocolat. I can make a big range of breads, so if you want to learn something special, just let me know.

I come to teach at home for approximately 25£ per hour depending where you live.
I will give you some of the best recipes and you are free to use them.
We can also make a professional course if you want to become a baker.
