The flat is located in Govan and it's well connected by public transport to reach any part of the city - just 15mins to city centre, 7mins to partick and all surrounded areas.
Nearby there are various shops and take away, a pub, barbers, a beauty saloon and a large Lidl just across the street.. free car park and a petrol station too.
The rent is only £ 300 per month (council tax included), plus future bills such as gas and electricity (usually around £30 per month) .. however, £240 of deposit is required.
