You are looking at a clean and well presented Modern Double glazed 4 berth caravan with Small which is situated on the sealands caravan park, roman bank, ingoldmells.

Facilities on site include a laundrette and a shop for the everyday essentials that you will require during your stay. There is direct access to the golden sandy beach's without having to cross any main roads.

The caravan itself has one double and one twin bedroom.There is a gas fire in the lounge and oil heaters for the bedrooms. It comes fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay;

Tv with Freeview, Dvd, Microwave, Fridge with ice box, Kettle, Toaster, Fully fitted kitchen including oven and grill, crockery, cutlery, cookware and utensils etc. We also supply an ironing board and iron. The twin bedroom has a built in nighlight for young children. You will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases and towels but these can be provided for an additonal fee. On the edge of the caravan site there is a bus stop with direct links to skegness (8 mins) and fantasy island (2 mins).

The There is a strictly no smoking policy within the caravan.This caravan is perfect for couples and familys after an affordable UK seaside break.

There is a £50 non refundable deposit That Must be Paid ASAP to secure your chosen dates.

Deposit can be paid via postal order, bankers draft or cash sent tracked/special delivery.

The entire balance must be paid in full within six weeks of your chosen date. Failure to comply will result in the chosen dates being readvertised. There is also a £100 bond payable on arrival to cover any breakages, loss of keys etc. This will be refunded on departure if the caravan is left in a satisfactory condition.
